Participate in the completion of projects alongside other student assistants and staff serve on short-term office projects for staff and department chairs.Provide clerical assistance with semester academic scheduling and special event scheduling.Answer all incoming calls and emails regarding the Master of Public Health Program inquiries.Perform a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and answering phones.Specific job duties are defined by the appropriate campus department. Work is regularly reviewed and may entail detailed instructions. Assignments have limited use of discretion and judgment. Under direct supervision, Student Assistants perform duties ranging from unskilled to skilled and/or specialized, in a variety of positions that typically require the use of manual, clerical, public contact, and/or analytical skill.
